INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - Lynn swimming delivered another strong showing on the second night of the HOC Championships, highlighted by standout relay performances and multiple top-three individual finishes on both the women's and men's sides. The women opened the evening with a fifth-place effort in the 200 medley relay before adding podium swims from
Lydia Douthit in the 100 fly and
Mariele De Santis in the 400 IM. On the men's side, the Blue and White continued their momentum in dominant fashion, winning the 200 medley relay, earning a meet record from
Max Tsyfarov in the 50 breast, and sweeping the top two spots in the 100 fly to cap another productive session heading into Saturday's finale.

HOW IT HAPPENED (Women):
- The women opened the night with the 200 medley relay as the team of
Ala Piascinska,
Malaika Schneider, Douthit and
Lily Drons tallied a 1:42.34 finish for fifth place
- Douthit placed third in the 100 fly with a finals time of 54.57 while
Ciara Twomey came in 19th at 57.11
- De Santis claimed second place in the 400 individual medley at 4:20.75 while
Ally Webster rounded out the top seven with a finish of 4:29.60

Luz Tapia sped out to a fourth place finish in the 200 free, finishing the event in 1:49.84
- Schneider placed fourth in the 100 breast, racing to a 1:02.50 finish
- The Lynn A-relay team of Schneider, Webster, Drons and Tapia capped off the night with a seventh place finish in the 800 free relay (7:38.42)

HOW IT HAPPENED (Men):
- The men of Lynn picked up where they left off on Friday evening as the ensemble of
Maurice Grabowski, Tsyfarov,
Vitaly Kostin and
Enzo Constable placed first in the 200 medley relay at 1:25.25
- Tsyfarov took home the gold in the 50 breast with a HOC meet record time of 24.06
- The Blue and White claimed the top two spots in the 100 fly as Kostin finished with a first-place time of 47.13 followed closely by Constable in second at 47.56

Xavier Washington (11th / 48.83) and
Kamil Geisner (17th / 48.40) rounded out Lynn's run in the 100 fly

Emre Sungur took 11th in the 400 individual medley (4:00.20) while
Paul Warnagiris made the cut at 16th in 4:09.46

Eli Spivak (1:40.44) and
Owen Kerkezi (1:40.76) placed 12th and 13th in the 200 free
- Tsyfarov came in runner-up in the 100 breast, finishing the event in 52.90
- The Fighting Knights took three of the top eight spots in the 100 back as Grabowski finished third (48.70), Washington finished fifth (48.79) and Geisner finished seventh (49.04)
- Just outside of the top eight,
Paul Melcer placed ninth with a 47.34 finish
- The quartet of Kostin,
Eli Spivak, Kerkezi and Constable closed out the evening with a 6:38.30 finish in the 800 free relay, good for third place
