- The bottom of the fifth got away from the Fighting Knights, as six runs crossed the plate to put the Bobcats in front for the first time.
- Representing the tying run, Silviano singled to right to begin the ninth. He then stole second and came in to score on an RBI single off the bat of Donovan two batters later.
- Eric Schindler came in to the game to play left field, sliding Silviano over to right for the remainder of the night.
- Christman led off the 11th with a base hit, and Silviano drew a walk to force the second pitching change of the inning.
- Curtis again attempted to bunt runners over and again beat out a throw for a base hit.
- Corbitt's sac fly brought in Christmas and gave the Blue and White an 8-7 edge heading to the bottom half.
- St. Thomas third baseman Cesar Ramirez doubled to start the Bobcat 11th and advanced to third on a sac bunt.
- Adam Duarte flew out to left, and Eric Schindler put an exclamation point on the game by throwing out Ramirez at the plate for the final out.
QUOTABLE:

It was about so much more than just timely hits for us tonight, and we took a big step forward today because we focused on the key ingredients of the game itself."- Lynn head coach Rudy Garbalosa
