Clearwater, Florida – With the SSC Championship coming to a close, the Fighting Knights end the event in sixth. The SSC Championship may be over, but with success in many categories, the Fighting Knights qualified for more events at the NCAA Championship on the final day.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- In the first event for the men, Malek Masmoudi got it started in the Men 1650 Yard Freestyle. He continues his success and came in fourth place with a time of 15:44.13, qualifying for the NCAA Championship from the B standard.
- Joshua Fountain also qualified under the B standard in the event with his time of 15:52.68.
- In the Men 100 Yard Freestyle, Julian Chan Quee Lin qualified for the NCAA Championship with his time of 45.12 under the B standard.
- After the fifth and final day, the men's swim team placed sixth with 272 points.
NEXT MEET:
The Fighting Knights' next event for those who were guaranteed spots and qualified will be the NCAA Championship on Wednesday, Mar. 9th in Greensboro, North Carolina.
