HOW IT HAPPENED (GAME 1):
- Both teams would be held scoreless until the top of the third, where the Fighting Knights would score the first run of the game and take a 1-0 lead.
- After two big strikeouts by Marcus Eusebio in the bottom of the third, Lynn would score two runs in the fourth inning to take a 3-0 lead going into the bottom of the fourth.
- Three runs in the fifth and sixth inning would get them right back into the game, tying it 3-3.
- The Fighting Knights would flex their muscle in the top of the ninth scoring five runs to put the game out of reach.
- Lynn dominated in the ninth inning to take an 8-4 victory over Eckerd.
- Ryan Ford led the way offensively for the Fighting Knights with three hits and a home run, followed by Byron Murray with two hits and a home run of his own.
- Joseph Encarnacion and Anthony Orrico would both have two hits each.
HOW IT HAPPENED (GAME 2):
- The Fighting Knights started the second game of their doubleheader the same as the first, going scoreless through the first two innings. Lynn would score one run in the top of the third to tale a 1-0 lead.
- Eckerd would score their first run in the bottom of the fifth, to go into the sixth inning tied 1-1.
- The top of the sixth inning saw The Fighting Knights retake the lead with a solo run, going into the bottom of the sixth.
- In the eighth inning, Lynn would close the game with two runs to take a 4-1 lead. Eckerd would only score one run the remainder of the game losing to the Fighting Knights 4-2.
- Jordan Winston would pick up his second win of the season while throwing five strikeouts in six innings pitched.
- Daniel Alfonzo and Anthony Orrico led the way with two hits each, while five other Fighting Knights finish with one.

The Fighting Knights will be back home to take on Tampa Friday, Apr. 29 at 3 p.m.
