INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Luna Mertins posted a win to lead the Lynn University men's and women's swimming teams on the final day of the 2023 House of Champions at IUPUI, Saturday.
HOW IT HAPPENED (Women):
- Individually, Mertins won the 200 back in 1:59.55 (NCAA "B" Cut), while
Caterina Momi took sixth with a time of 2:03.18

Laura Dekoninck took second in the 100 free in 50.26

Malaika Schneider finished fifth in the 200 breast in 2:20.75 and teammate
Claudia Porta placed 16
th in 2:24.81
- In the 1650 (mile),
Julia Delaney finished in 18
th place in 18:05.47, while
Olivia Sherlock was 26
th in 19:12.79

Amy Evans took 18
th place in the 200 butterfly at 2:12.66
- The 400 free relay team of Mertins, Schneider, Dekoninck and
Shachaf Bachar finished fourth at 3:25.49
