LAKELAND, Fla. – The Lynn University women's golf team continued its dominating spring season with their second-straight win on Tuesday as the Fighting Knights shot a record-setting -14, 850 to win the Lady Moc Classic, hosted by Florida Southern College.

The 14-under par tournament for Lynn sets a Lady Mock Classic record for the lowest team score. Lynn opened the tournament with -13, 275 in the first round that set a new Lady Moc Classic record for best team round (any round) and best opening round.
Lynn also toppled several school records in the victory:
- Lowest 18-hole score, 275, by six strokes as previous mark was 281 set in 2013-14
- Lowest 36-hole score, 563, by two strokes as previous mark was 565 set in 2013-14
- Lowest 54-hole score, 850, by 24 strokes as previous mark was 874 set in 2017-18
Lynn's -14, 850 was 21 strokes better than second-place finisher and No. 4 ranked Nova Southeastern and 35 strokes better than third place and No. 6 ranked Anderson (S.C.).

Adriana Iribarren each posted a hole-in-one, the ninth and 10
th holes-in-one, respectively, in the tournament's history.
HOW IT HAPPENED:
- The Fighting Knights breezed by the 18-team field, leading in pars (175), birdies (42) and eagles (5)
- Lynn led the tournament in Par 3 scoring (E, 3.00), Par 4 scoring (+17, 4.11) and Par 5 scoring (-6, 4.90)
- Individually, Lynn's top four golfers each finished in the top-10
- Hoyos led the charge for the Fighting Knights again, winning the tournament with a -10, 206
- She finished five strokes clear of Loren Perez (-5, 211) of Florida Southern
- She shot a -6, 66 in round one, a -1, 71 in round two and -3, 69 in round three

- She led the 108-competitor field in Par 3 scoring (-3, 2.75), Par 4 scoring (-7, 3.77), eagles (2) and finished second in birdies (13)
- She was the only golfer in the field to shoot all three rounds under par

Sara Ericsson tied for third place with a -4, 212
- She fired a -2, 70 in rounds one and two before closing with an E, 72 in round three
- She finished fourth in Par 4 scoring (E, 4.00) and seventh in Par 5 scoring (-5, 4.58)
- She also finished fifth in pars (40) and tied for eighth in birdies (9)
- Iribarren tied for sixth place at -2, 214
- She opened with a -1, 71, and followed with a +1, 73 and -2, 70
- Iribarren finished seventh in Par 3 scoring (-1, 2.92), 11
th in Par 4 scoring (+2, 4.07) and tied for eighth in birdies (9)
- Junior
Camila Madariaga was Lynn's fourth golfer in the top-10
- She tied for ninth in the standings at +2, 218
- Madariaga opened round one with a -4, 68 and followed with +2, 74 and a +4, 76
- She tied for third in Par 3 scoring (-1, 2.92) and posted 36 pars and eight birdies
