Complete SSC Championship Results
OCALA, Fla. – The Lynn University women's swimming team earned three wins on the final day of the 2024 Sunshine State Conference Championships, Sunday. The Fighting Knight women finished in third place, while the men captured a program-best fifth place after defeating both Florida Tech and Barry.
HOW IT HAPPENED (Women):
- The 400 freestyle relay capped the SSC Championships with a win in an NCAA "B" cut time of 3:22.53
- The relay consisted of graduate

Olivia Flack, sophomore
Malaika Schneider and junior
Laura Dekoninck
- Mertins took home the league title in the 200 backstroke in an NCAA "B" cut time of 1:58.57
- Dekoninck captured the SSC title in the 100 free in an NCAA "B" cut time of 49.97
- Schneider was fourth in the 100 free in 51.07 (NCAA B)

Sasha Giourtzidou hit an NCAA "B" time of 2:16.53 and finished in third place in the 200 breaststroke
