DAVIE, Fla. – Maurice Grabowski and Max Tsyfarov collected wins for Lynn University and the Fighting Knight men's and women's swimming teams posted impressive times on the second and final day of a tri-meet with Nova Southeastern and FIU, Saturday.
 
HOW IT HAPPENED (Women):
- The 400 medley relay team of Laura Dekoninck, Claudia Porta, Luna Mertins and Malaika Schneider earned fourth place to open the meet on Saturday with a time of 3:54.42
- Individually, Dekoninck took second in the 50 backstroke (27.16) and fourth in the 100 free (52.93)
- Mertins was fourth in both the 100 IM (1:00.19) and 200 backstroke (2:07.42)
- Schneider captured fourth in the 100 breaststroke at 1:07.46
- Lexi Lundell finished in fifth in the 100 IM (1:01.33), while Julia Delaney was seventh in the 1,000 freestyle (11:33.60)
- The 200 free relay team of Schneider, Shachaf Bachar, Katie Laferriere and Olivia Flack took fourth place in 1:39.13
 
HOW IT HAPPENED (Men):
- Grabowski earned his first win of the weekend, while Tsyfarov picked up his third win
- Grabowski won the 50 back in 24.16, while Tsyfarov won the 100 butterfly in 51.58
- Tsyfarov also took second in the 100 IM in 52.60
- Grabowski and Tsyfarov teamed with Kamil Piotrowicz and Malek Masmoudi for runner-up in the 400 medley relay in 3:32.13
- Piotrowicz added second place in the 100 breaststroke in 57.78
- Masmoudi finished in third place in the 100 freestyle (47.33) and fifth in the 1,000 freestyle (10:24.80)
- Conor Dunne finished runner-up in the 1,000 freestyle at 10:02.92
- Mike Sickels grabbed a pair of second-place finishes in the 50 back (25.20) and 200 back (1:58.51)
- Ryan Zasas finished in third place in the 100 IM (54.18) and 100 breaststroke (58.24)
- Lincoln Greseth was third in the 400 IM in 4:16.12
- Jack Budd was third in the 50 back (25.60) and fourth in the 200 back (2:01.22)
- Grabowski and Budd, along with Alexander Fiola and Spencer Hobbs captured second in the 200 free relay at 1:25.54
- Sickels, Zasas, Hobbs and David Romeo took third in the 400 medley relay in 3:35.82
- Piotrowicz, along with Owen Pogwist, Andrew Shayka and Aiden Allen finished in third in the 200 freestyle relay in 1:29.94
