BOCA RATON, Fla. – The Lynn University men's lacrosse team has earned the sixth seed in the 2024 Sunshine State Conference Tournament and will travel to third seed Florida Tech for an opening round matchup this Saturday, April 20 at 7:30 pm.
 
The Fighting Knights defeated the Panthers in their regular-season meeting, 11-9, last Saturday. The Blue & White carry a 5-9 overall record into the tournament, while Tech is 5-8.
 
Lynn is making its fourth appearance in the SSC Tournament and first since 2019.
 
Tampa (15-1) and Rollins (11-3) captured the top two seeds and a first-round bye. Florida Southern (9-6) is the fourth seed and will host fifth seed Saint Leo (9-5) in the other opening round contest.
