A baseball alum has been inducted every-other year since 2006,with MacDougall becoming the latest to join the ranks.  Athree-year letterwinner from 2006-09, he put the Fighting Knightson the map by helping lead his team to the 2009 NCAA Division IINational Championship while also being named the 2008 CoSIDA/ESPNMagazine National Academic All-American of the year, both of whichwere program firsts.  MacDougall claimed SSC Scholar-Athleteof the Year honors and was an ABCA and Daktronics All-Americanselection before being drafted by the Kansas City Royals in the27th round of the 2009 Major League Baseball Amateur Draft. After his playing days, he held season records for home runs in aseason (22) and career records for home runs (39) and doubles (50)while being second in total bases (358) and RBIs (167).
