The first women's tennis player inducted into the LynnUniversity Hall of Fame, Nieporte was a four-year letterwinner from1988-91. She posted a career record of 44-19 in singles play and48-13 in doubles play, primarily at the no.2&3 singles and1&2 doubles positions. Her best season came in 1989 when shenotched a 16-5 singles and 20-1 doubles record. A two-year teamcaptain (1990-91), Nieporte earned NAIA All-America honors all fouryears while at LU.
