Lynn University

A model of consistency throughout her four years at Lynn, Weltzlettered from 2005-08 with the women’s tennis team.  TheFighting Knights did not drop a SSC regular-season match as a teamall four of her seasons (32-0) and won three SSC Titles (2006-08)with her at the top of the singles and doubles lineup.  Lynnfinished as the 2008 NCAA Division II National Runners-Up and wastwice national semifinalists.  Weltz was a four-time ITAAll-American for singles and doubles and seven-time All-SSChonoree.  In 2006, she was named the SSC Player of theYear.  Upon graduation, she ranked first (26), second (24) andfourth (23) in doubles victories in a season, ranked first indoubles victories (99) and doubles winning percentage (.952) whileowning three of the program’s eight perfect doublesseasons.
